

I will not use the program for privately funded research, neither for consultancy, research or services leading to commercial exploitation of the program.I will only use the program for teaching, educational and non-commercial academic research in relation to my work at Flinders University.I will read and abide by the licence agreement associated with this software that is provided during installation.If the software is installed on a privately owned computer as well as at the university office, SWLA does not permit use of the NVivo software on both the first and second device at the same time.Neither, will I attempt to do any of the above. I will not alter, decompile, disassemble, merge, modify, adapt, reverse assemble, reverse compile, or otherwise reverse engineer the software in any way.While obtaining the software for at home use I will delete the downloaded start up NVivo files and provided emails with the authorisation code, upon successful installation and authorisation.I will not lend, rent, lease or licence the software or any copy or provide the software through any hosted application service provider or other similar arrangement or otherwise permit ANY SECOND PARTY to use or access the Program.

Use of the software is governed by the "International Site Wide License Agreement" (SWLA) entered into by the QSR International (hereinafter QSR) and Flinders University. The program is owned by QSR International and is copyrighted and licensed.Includes faculty and staff home use.Regardless of whether NVivo is used on a university and/or at home computer, by using the software, our researchers accept the limited right to use a copy of the NVivo software and acknowledge and agree to the following: Stanford University faculty, staff and students on campus. Windows and Mac for single machine only: Versions 12, Pro Enterprise (Latest Release) If the use of Nvivo’s add on services involves high risk data, including PHI, please reach out to the University Privacy Office prior to purchasing any add on services at. The portal indicates which services are-and are not-covered by Stanford Libraries. However, some new add-on services, including audio transcription and cloud collaboration, are not paid by Stanford Libraries. If you wish to use these add-on services, you must pay for them. Various portal features (e.g., technical support, training guides) are included in our campus subscription. Please note: NVivo is still a desktop application, but it has a new portal, MyNVivo. An all-purpose qualitative data analysis system, which is designed to aid researchers in handling non-numerical, unstructured data by supporting processes of indexing, searching and theorizing.
